At Customized Training Solutions, we believe that our strong community partnerships are a real win-win for all parties involved.

Our working partnerships result in effective, targeted solutions that not only addresses a critical shortage of skilled workers, but also addresses the increased technology training needs in all sectors of our regional economy.

Through the Minnesota Employment & Economic Development (DEED), we provide training to our community by partnering with businesses to develop new job training or re-training and up-skilling for existing employees.

We have partnered with the above companies to provide workforce education.
